Who We Are
D9 Process Improvement (“D9”) started in March 2012 to deliver business consultancy in Lean Six Sigma business methodologies. Our goal is to deliver measurable benefits to our clients that offer high returns on investment by making their processes safer, faster, better and lower cost
WHAT WE DO – THE THREE “PATHWAYS”
We do lean six sigma consulting, and have been successful with Australian companies and also exporting our business consultancy services overseas.
- QUICK FIX: 1-3 week Kaizen Blitz for rapid business improvements
- WORK TOGETHER: Learn at your own pace with a “White Belt Training”
- TRAINING: If you want to learn about Lean Six Sigma and then apply it in your own way.
What Industries We Work With
HOW WE DO LEAN
At D9, we can streamline your work processes to reduce the lead time from customer order to customer delivery. We lower costs. By finding the steps in your process that are not adding value and together we can remove them. By having fewer steps in your process and running at higher precision you will have a faster process with better quality. We increase quality. We’ll support you so your processes perform right-first-time. We’ll reduce rework and rejects by removing causes of inconsistency and variation so your processes (and customer promises) will be reliable and predictable. We improve your whole organisation. We get your entire organisation involved in implementing improvements, we’ll teach them how to see wasted time & effort and we’ll teach them how to remove it.
